The App is a Markdown slide editor with Marp syntax support. It provides features including Markdown text editing, real-time slide preview, and export to PDF format.

The App is available on iPhone and iPad running iOS 18.1 or later.
No account registration is required to use the App.
The App may be used for both personal and commercial purposes.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App (source code, design, icons, etc.) belong to the Developer. The rights to content created by users using the App (Markdown text, exported PDFs, etc.) belong to the respective users.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not engage in any of the following activities:

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
Modifying the App or creating derivative works
Using the App for unlawful purposes
Using the App in ways that violate applicable laws or public order
Interfering with the operation of the App

5. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Ad content is delivered based on Google's policies, and the Developer is not responsible for the content of advertisements. For information on how ad-related data is handled, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
The Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
The Developer is not responsible for any data loss. We recommend regularly backing up important data.
The Developer is not obligated to provide prior notice of any interruption, suspension, or termination of the App.

7. Service Changes and Termination

The Developer may change the content of the App or terminate its availability without prior notice. The Developer shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such changes or termination.

8. Changes to These Terms

The Developer may modify these Terms as necessary. Updated Terms become effective upon publication on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan as the court of first instance.
